Let me begin by saying I do not condone, promote, or encourage divorce nor do I take it lightly and I can empathize with those going through such a difficult and agonizing decision. Divorce may be an accepted fact of life in our culture, but for many Christians a broken marriage represents a moral dilemma. People with strong personal faith navigate difficulty by staying grounded in the beliefs and values that define them. I provide a neutral supportive sympathetic service for both parties involved in these delicate matters. In following Biblical doctrine, I have become well equipped to assist you in obtaining an uncontested divorce.

AAA Notary Resources is a divorce document preparation service for uncontested divorces with or without children. A “no fault” marital dissolution can be completed inexpensively in a relatively short timeframe as long as you do not intend to contest child custody, financial issues, assets, debts or property division. Upon completion of the appropriate forms, I meet with both parties – either together or separately for notarization. Once the forms have been notarized, the plaintiff will take the paperwork to the circuit court in the appropriate county and pay the court fees.

Fees - $150
Unlike some online document preparation services that charge anywhere from $139 to $490, I will personally walk you through this process from beginning to end. I will conduct a thorough interview with each spouse in order to fill out the paperwork in compliance with the courts. In an uncontested divorce, this process usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes for each spouse. Should there be any additional time required due to negotiations regarding custody, alimony or division of assets, the additional time will be charged to you at $35 per 30 minutes. Therefore, it is wise for the spouses to have already come to an agreement on these matters prior to the interview process. If you are in Jefferson County and would like for me to file the papers for you, there is an additional charge of $50.
